SELECTIEPROCEDURE
De selectie verloopt via twee rondes. Voor de eerste ronde kunnen deelnemers volstaan met een beknopt, maar gedurfd en geïnspireerd voorstel. Het moet om een nieuw werk gaan, waarbij Expanded Cinema, de cinematografische ervaring, en het zoeken naar de grenzen van film leidraad kunnen zijn. De inschrijving voor de eerste ronde loopt van 10 februari t/m 2 april 2012.
Uit de inzendingen worden 10 genomineerden geselecteerd. Deze krijgen vier weken de tijd om hun voorstel verder uit te werken tot een technisch, financieel en organisatorisch haalbaar project. De tweede ronde bestaat uit persoonlijke presentaties van de genomineerden aan de jury en publiek op 27 mei 2012, waarna de twee winnaars gekozen worden.

SELECTION PROCEDURE
The selection of proposals takes place in two rounds. For the first round, participants can suffice with a concise yet bold and inspired proposal. It must be a new work that explores ‘Expanded Cinema’, the cinematographic experience, and the boundaries of film. Entries can be submitted for the first round from 10 February through 2 April 2012.
From these entries, ten nominees will be selected. These will then have four weeks to elaborate their proposal into a project that is technically, financially and organisationally feasible. In the second round the nominees will personally present their project to the jury and an audience on May 27th, after which the two winners are announced.
